Familiar patterns many people in Macomb describe
Sinus, allergy, and headache discomfort are among the most common reasons people in Michigan look for natural wellness options. Below are some of the everyday experiences people often describe — situations many of us have lived through at one time or another.
Sinus Pressure & Fullness
Many people describe a sense of fullness around the forehead, cheeks, and eyes — sometimes worse with weather changes or when bending forward.
Seasonal Allergy Discomfort
Michigan’s seasonal shifts are well known to allergy sufferers. Itchy eyes, congestion, and seasonal sniffles are common topics in any local conversation.
Everyday Headache Patterns
Tension at the base of the skull, pressure behind the eyes, weather-related headaches — these are common experiences many adults describe at some point.
Forward Head Posture
Years of phones, screens, and desk work can pull the head forward of the shoulders. Posture is a topic chiropractors often discuss with patients.
Sleep & Daily Energy
Discomfort can affect how people rest and how they feel during the day. This is one reason many people start exploring natural wellness options.
Looking for Natural Options
For people who prefer drug-free wellness approaches, learning about chiropractic care is one direction many choose to explore.
Why Dr. McNeil chose chiropractic as his career
Dr. Chris McNeil grew up in Metro Detroit in a medical family — both his parents were registered nurses. After recovering from a serious car accident in high school that required extensive surgeries and physical therapy, he originally enrolled at Wayne State University to become a physical therapist.
While at Wayne State, a friend at Life University introduced him to chiropractic care. That experience sparked his interest in the chiropractic profession, and he ultimately changed his major and transferred to Life University in Marietta, Georgia, graduating as a chiropractor in 2002.
For more than two decades, he has been part of the Macomb County community, helping people learn about natural, drug-free wellness through chiropractic care.
“I’ve dedicated my career to helping the people of Macomb County Michigan learn about natural, drug-free wellness through chiropractic care.”
— Dr. Chris McNeil, D.C.
